You made it! We’re thrilled to have you take part with us and others from our vibrant Camping community. No doubt this is going to be another exciting event that will fly by in the blink of an eye. Realizing that, we thought we’d provide you with this tool to help you get the most out of your time spent with us. Now, if you’re ready, let’s get started by helping you plan your schedule for CampMinder Camp 9.

 Once you’ve completed a few simple steps, you’ll have created and saved your unique profile along with your personalized schedule. Once you’re through, your schedule will be available for future reference, as well as for sharing with other attendees. Cool, right?

Below is the complete schedule for CampMinder Camp 9.  Take a look. Do you see a session that’s piqued your curiosity? Just hover your mouse over the session title and you’ll see more information about the session and the speaker. Like what you see? Just click the radio button to the left of the session name and you’ll be registered for the session. Ta-dah - that’s it! One word of caution: Room sizes are limited.

In the event a particular session draws more attendees than the space permits you’ll receive a message saying "Standing Room Only" at the time you register.  Don’t worry, if you decide you want to attend, you’ll still be registered and may attend the event, but it’s likely you might have to find an alternative to the seating provided. Once you’ve selected your sessions, navigate over your profile picture and click ’My Sched’ to see your personalized schedule. Share with your friends, or print it out to take with you.

Take a closer look below and you’ll notice to the lower right is a listing of the program areas that will be explored during the event (CampMinder System Review, Marketing & Recruitment, etc.) If you see a particular program area you’re interested in, just click its name and the schedule will highlight each of the sessions devoted to that topic. This should be helpful when deciding the program areas and session you won’t want to miss!
