Sarah is passionate about creating supportive and high performing work environments. Since earning a degree in Psychology from Edinburgh University in her native Scotland, Sarah has lived, worked and traveled in five continents and has gathered experience in the corporate, non-profit and educational sectors. with over 14 years involved in the world of summer camp, she believes that fostering a culture where employees are valued and empowered is paramount for the wellbeing of the workforce and the success of any organization. She directs operations for Camps Kenwood & Evergreen in New Hampshire, serves on ACA’s Project Real Job committee and created e21, a management framework to benefit camps and their staff.
