We’re thrilled to have you join us - and hundreds of others from our vibrant camp community - for CampMinder Camp 9 in January. To help you get the most out of our time spent together, let’s get started by helping you plan your schedule.

Once you’ve registered and created your Sched profile, click the ‘Schedule’ link for the complete schedule. To register for a session, click the radio button to the left of the session name that you’d like to register for and you’ll be added to the list of attendees. Once you’ve selected all your sessions, navigate over your profile picture and click ‘My Sched’ to see your personalized schedule. Feel free to share with your friends or print it out to take with you!

David Phillips is a native of the UK, having moved to the USA in 1990 after being infected by the ‘summer camp bug’! David is Principal of Immersive1st Consulting, a firm that specializes in assisting not-for-profit organizations in areas such as fundraising, strategic planning and analysis, capital projects, governance, program creation & implementation, lay/pro coaching and acute agency challenges. A life-long communal professional, prior positions include President & CEO of Capital Camps & Retreat Center (CCRC) and the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County. At CCRC he helped build a new camp and retreat facility, oversaw programmatic and operational growth and raised $20+ million. At Federation David lead a team that exceeded all fundraising goals, changed the governance structure and moved internal/external culture in a positive direction.

Over his career David has helped raise in excess of $100 million. He holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work with a focus on community organizing and development from the University of Pittsburgh. He has a trademark British sense of humor, loves soccer and Karen (not in that order!). They reside in Jupiter, Florida and have two children, Natie and Hope.
