James Miller
CampMinder Client Success Manager
Boulder, CO
James grew up at camp... Literally. His family has owned and operated Camp Greystone since 1920 and he was raised just 200 feet from the dining hall. James spent his time during the off-season working on the maintenance crew digging ditches, painting, and doing whatever else was necessary to get the camp in order for the summer. For nearly 10 summers, James worked on the kitchen staff at camp before eventually taking the family’s RV to Durham Town Plantation - a motorsports complex outside of Athens, Georgia. He spent that summer living in the RV, working, and riding dirt bikes. In 2015, after completing his business degree at the University of Kentucky, James packed up his belongings on the east coast and moved to Colorado to work at CampMinder where he continues to help camps just as he did growing up (however, there is less manual labor).
Fun Fact: James is the fifth in a long line of James's. The third was widely known as ``Jimdaddy``, the fourth then became ``Jimboy``, and the fifth, ``Jimfant``.
